“This diploma has taught me so much about running a business” which has been vital for Bianca who is now starting to take control of her family farm. Bianca Blyth from Manypeaks WA is one of our Rural and Remote Scholarship winners who has been studying a Diploma of Agriculture since 2020. With Bianca’s parents looking to semi-retire, Bianca has needed to become more involved in the business side of the organisation as has her brother and partner. “As I am in charge of the stock side of things, this course has given me the confidence to make decision.”
Recently, Bianca has purchased her neighbours farm and is renovating tree plantations back to grazing land. The number one piece of advice Bianca would give is to “have an amazing close workforce of family and friends that make everything possible.”
